Why Beacon Chooses Us
Dumpster Rentals Beacon, NY
Almost always, yes — a standard two-car driveway takes any size on this page. What actually stops a delivery is overhead: low branches, power lines, or a carport. We need roughly 60 feet of straight clearance to back in and about 23 feet of vertical room to raise the bed and roll the container off.
Every container we drop goes down on heavy-duty protection boards — standard, no upcharge, every single time. Concrete, asphalt, or pavers, your driveway looks the same when we leave as it did when we pulled up. See how we do it →
Common Jobs in Beacon
Beacon's older housing stock and tighter residential lots make proper dumpster sizing and careful placement especially important.
Service area: Beacon, Dutchess County, NY 12508. Delivered and dispatched from our Fishkill base — we serve Beacon as a service area, not from an office in town.
What Sets Us Apart
Every roll-off we deliver goes down on heavy-duty protection boards — never bare on your driveway. It's the small step most companies skip, and it's the difference between a clean job and cracked concrete or gouged asphalt. You shouldn't have to choose between renting a dumpster and protecting your property. With us, you don't.
Most companies just drop the box and go. We put the boards down every single time — no upcharge, no exceptions. Your driveway looks the same when we leave as it did when we pulled up. That's the standard.

Serving the City of Beacon
Beacon's revival has never really slowed down, and it shows in our work — with so many homes built before 1940 and a constant churn of renovations, artist-loft conversions, and rental turnovers, there's always a container going in somewhere between the River Side and Mountain Side sections. We're a short run down Route 9D and I-84, so drops here are fast.
The 20-yard is the go-to for a Beacon renovation or a mile-of-Main-Street commercial refresh, while the 10-yard fits a townhouse turnover, a garage, or a tight lot in the Tree Streets. We'll match the size to the job.
Beacon's older neighborhoods have smaller lots and narrow driveways, so careful placement matters — and every roll-off goes down on planks to protect the surface underneath. We also deliver gravel, stone, topsoil, and mulch across the city for landscaping and hardscape work.
Areas we serve: Main Street and the waterfront near Dia:Beacon, the River Side and Mountain Side sections, the North and South Tree Streets, Beacon Hills, and Fishkill Landing (12508). Call (845) 600-0501 to get on the schedule.
Why Beacon Customers Choose Us
Local Knowledge
Beacon runs its own transfer station at 95 Dennings Avenue, open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 7:30am to 2:30pm. It's for City residents only, you'll need proof of address, and there's a per-bag fee for household trash. No permit required.
It does take construction debris and bulk furniture, which puts Beacon ahead of most towns around here. Two catches worth knowing before you load the car: it won't accept anything containing freon — no fridges, freezers or AC units — and the residential drop-off allowance is capped, so a full renovation or a house clear-out will have you making trip after trip.
That's the point where a roll-off in the driveway stops being a luxury. One container, one pickup, and the freon appliances get handled properly instead of sitting in your garage. We're ten minutes from Dennings Avenue and we know the hill streets off Main — tight, steep, often one car wide. Tell us the street and we'll tell you honestly whether the 10 or the 20 is the right call.
Not sure a dumpster is even the right call? Ring us on (845) 600-0501 and describe the job. If a couple of truck runs would do it, we'll tell you that.
